Service Description
We can clean your upholstery and curtains on site, using approved methods. Our carpet cleaning operatives follow these steps to ensure a great result:
(1) Analysis of the surface
(natural fibres such as sisal could be ruined if cleaned with a water extraction method, for example)
(2) Thorough preparation of the area
(a high proportion of the dirt should be removed from any carpet through detailed vacuuming, before water is applied)
(3) Protect carpet from dye-
(4) Treat local stains (tea, coffee, wine, etc.) with a spotting agent
(5) Pre-
(6) Extraction clean entire area, leaving carpets as dry as possible
(7) Replace furniture (in the same places )
Tips
If you spill red wine on a carpet, don't use salt or white wine -
The first thing to do after spilling anything on your carpet is blot as much of it as possible out with tissue paper/a towel
Sisal and Sea Grass carpets are hard wearing, but can be difficult and expensive to clean.
