If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, you must email us immediately. And 20% cancellation fee will be applied.


Unwashed or unworn (except tryout) may be returned within 7 days from the date the goods were received. Point (s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

1. A return authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned.

2. Please indicate the reason for return to get the return authorization and return to the address. 3. Carefully pack the goods. Please include the following information with your return: bill-name, address, ship-to name, address, order number; reason for return.


Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods control Specify the exchange item and the new color or size of your e-mail to customer service.

Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
